Nearest Transport: Must DriveThis is an amazing forward-thinking and smart restaurant group, looking for a talented second chef pizza to help run their newest and flagship site in new opening near Newbury.You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment.This is traditional, authentic Italian pizza with the best ingredients in a stunning site.Your role will be to help train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site.There is a large open kitchen that can serve up to 250 covers when busy with fresh, seasonal Italian dishes and the best pizza.This would suit an experienced second chef that has worked with fresh dough.
