- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand each young person's unique needs
- Deliver a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailored to individual treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and person-centred care
- Support service development initiatives that align with best practice and current research to enhance patient care
- Play a key role in our initiative to support hospital staff wellbeing, fostering a healthy, resilient workplace culture
- Provide supervision, guidance, and professional development to Assistant Psychologists and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Promote and develop a culture of research within the service, encouraging evidence-based practice and ongoing learning
