What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of paid digital campaigns from strategy to execution—managing budgets across multiple accounts, briefing creatives, and working closely with agencies and internal teams to deliver results. Your focus will be on increasing direct booking revenue while keeping campaigns aligned with each brand’s tone and goals. A/B testing, data analysis, and performance optimisation will be part of your everyday work, as will reporting on trends and sharing insights that help shape the wider marketing strategy.About You
You bring hands-on experience with paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and display networks, plus a strong grasp of analytics and ROI-focused decision-making. You’re comfortable juggling strategy and delivery, and confident working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
