- Develop and execute cutting-edge advocacy and influencer strategies that are deeply rooted in current cultural landscapes and emerging social trends, ensuring our brands remain at the forefront of consumer consciousness.
- Proactively identify micro and macro trends, viral moments, and shifts in consumer search behaviour, translating them into actionable, impactful campaign opportunities.
- Craft strategies that seamlessly integrate advocacy efforts with broader media plans (paid, earned, owned) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across full marketing funnel and omni-channel business.
- Serve as our resident expert on the global creator landscape, constantly identifying, vetting, and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of creators - from emerging TikTok sensations to established YouTube personalities and authentic community builders.
- Build and maintain a robust network of authentic brand advocates and influential voices, fostering genuine, long-term partnerships that resonate with diverse consumer segments.
- Develop bespoke collaboration models that empower creators to authentically express our brand story, ensuring content is both high-impact and platform-native.
- Stay attuned to consumer conversations, identifying opportunities to engage and amplify positive sentiment.
- Lead the end-to-end management of compelling influencer campaigns, product launches, and content initiatives, from ideation and briefing to execution and optimization.
- Collaborate intimately with brand marketing, digital, creative, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaign delivery.
- Drive innovation in content formats and engagement tactics across all relevant social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), pushing creative boundaries.
- Work closely with retail media & Ecom team to leverage strong conversion driving plans with key retail partners.
- Oversee and manage external agencies and platforms specializing in influencer identification, relationship management, and campaign execution.
- Establish clear KPIs, provide strategic direction, and ensure agencies deliver exceptional results, managing budgets and timelines effectively.
- Continuously evaluate agency performance, seeking opportunities for increased efficiency, creativity, and strategic value.
- Serve as a strong internal advocate for advocacy and influencer marketing initiatives, effectively articulating their value and securing buy-in from various internal stakeholders across departments.
- Work in partnership with the B2B Advocacy Manager to build and activate a cohesive total brand A&I strategy.
- Foster close working relationships with our marketing, insights, education, ecom & commercial teams to collaboratively ideate and build campaigns that are scalable yet adaptable with a localised lens for regional relevance.
- Proactively manage a multitude of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and efficient workflow.
- Implement rigorous tracking and measurement frameworks to analyse campaign performance, providing comprehensive reporting on key metrics such as brand sentiment, engagement rates, reach, impressions, traffic, and sales impact.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights, and confidently present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee all internal reporting processes related to advocacy and influencer marketing, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage the budget effectively to deliver measurable results.
- Progressive experience in influencer marketing, social media management, digital marketing within the consumer luxury beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing large-scale, impactful influencer campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- A demonstrable, innate passion for and deep understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and emerging digital trends. You don't just use them; you live them!
