  • Act as a source of expertise and deliver highly specialist physiotherapy to children within the acute hospital setting.
  • Manage a complex caseload independently, collaborating with families, Consultants, Nursing Teams, and AHPs to deliver evidence-based care.
  • Provide advanced physiotherapy assessments, advice, and interventions for patients with diverse and complex conditions, creating tailored treatment programs.
  • Lead the inpatient aspect of the paediatric physiotherapy service, aiming to develop the service to meet the evolving needs of the community.
  • Work without direct supervision while having access to support and advice from senior clinicians.
  • Collaborate with other team leads to support and cover various service areas, including MDT clinics and wards.
