The practice is busy, growing, and committed to offering exceptional patient experiences.Package & Perks
  • Basic salary up to £27,000 (DOE)
  • Bonus structure in place
  • 20–25 days holiday + bank holidays (flexible)
  • Fantastic hours (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 9–1, no Sundays)

The Role:This isn’t just a sales role. You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team that takes pride in delivering high-quality care. You’ll support the Dispensing Manager, help manage patient flow, and ensure each patient receives the attention and technical advice they deserve.The practice is growing fast – without someone like you, there’s a risk of delays, missed opportunities, and stalling momentum.You’ll need to bring:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an independent or high-end practice
  • Solid knowledge of premium lenses and high average dispenses
  • Great communication skills and the ability to handle busy clinics with professionalism
  • Confidence in explaining lens options and providing top-tier patient care
