This is a fantastic chance to be part of a nurturing school community that values support, growth, and collaboration.About the Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development alongside experienced teachers and support staff. You'll help create an inclusive and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and achievement.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual student needs
  • Help maintain an organised, focused, and supportive classroom environment
  • Prepare learning materials and classroom resources
  • Support children's participation in extra-curricular and social activities
  • Work closely with teaching staff to monitor and report on pupil progress
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture where all students feel valued
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or working in a school setting (desirable)
  • A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive
  • Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to meeting diverse needs
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to all areas of school life
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are an advantage
