Job descriptionAre you an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Key Stage 2? Schools around Cambridge are seeking a Year 3 Teacher to join their friendly and supportive teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils. This begins September 2025.Duties as a Year 3 Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Inspire and support pupils to develop their confidence and independence
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil progress
  • Contribute to the school’s vision and values through high-quality teaching and pastoral care
Ideal Year 3 Teacher:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (or are an Early Career Teacher with a passion for Year 3 learning)
  • Are an excellent communicator with strong classroom management skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
  • Are committed to supporting the academic and personal development of every child
  • Have a creative and engaging teaching style
