
Ticketing Coordinator (Art Worker) - 12 Month FTC

- Co-ordinate, administer, copywrite, design, produce and distribute the in store ticketing for Oxford Street and the regional stores, clearly highlighting delivery timelines/agreements for all ticketing requests.
- Ensure all ticketing requests are logged into the system in an orderly, understandable way for easy access.
- Ensure all finished tickets are stored in the ticketing library and logged, catalogued and filed correctly to ensure easy access at a later date.
- Manage and distribute ticketing holders/blocks ensuring ownership and cataloguing the distribution and, where applicable the return to the ticketing department.
- Manage a sensible fast track system when a ticket is required urgently.
- Own the distribution/allocation of all sale ticketing and new/exclusive ticketing for the retail operations team.
- Prioritising workload to meet project deadlines.
- Continually review ways to improve communication and efficiencies across all areas of the ticketing process.
- As part of the Signage & Ticketing team you may be required to support the signage team when needed with production of vinyl signs
- |Degree level or equivalent in a production-related discipline.
- An understanding of basic Layout and typography.
- Apple Mac/computer literate -Microsoft word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of the print/production process.
- Organised and efficient.
