We’re looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our growing Development team. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering clean, scalable solutions across the full software development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with product and internal teams to ensure quality is embedded at every stage, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an Agile environment and enjoys shaping high-quality software that makes an impact.What you’ll do:

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Develop across the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
Partner with the product team to build quality into the development process
Drive continual improvements in development practices and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions
Share knowledge and support colleagues to foster a culture of technical excellence

What you’ll bring:

Strong understanding of coding quality and best practices within Agile environments
Expertise in Microsoft .NET, C# .NET Core, SQL databases, and both front-end and back-end development
Proficiency with test-driven development frameworks, BDD, and unit testing using SpecFlow, C# and MS Test/XUnit
Experience building and testing web applications, including relational and NoSQL databases
A proactive, self-starting approach with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to collaborate effectively, while also delivering independently when needed
Desirable extras: Experience with Blazor, React, Razor, or Vue; Azure cloud; HTML/CSS/JavaScript; SaaS or multi-tenant solutions; mobile app development; and high-throughput, high-availability systems.

A base salary of up to £55,000 and bonus depending on experience
