Respected Contractor (London)Bracken Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager for one of our clients who is working on a Utilities project in Central London.
This would suit someone with a strong project management background and with previous utilities experience.
Our Client is a multi-disciplined Civil Engineering Contractor delivering projects that are time and safety critical within the utilities sector.The successful candidate will be the lead Project Manager managing an established team with a fantastic and knowledgeable Construction/Works Manager already in place.This role would also suit an ambitious Site Agent Manager looking for a step up.Skills & Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role (minimum)
- Strong knowledge NEC Contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Experience managing various projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong time management skills
- Hard working and ambitious
- SMSTS (desirable)
- CSCS
