
Senior Architectural Technologist - UK

- Lead the development of architectural technical packages for complex, large-scale projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure coordinated and buildable solutions.
- Produce detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules to BIM standards (Revit essential).
- Ensure all designs meet relevant local and international building codes, sustainability standards, and industry best practices.
- Carry out technical reviews, audits, and quality control across multiple projects.
- Support tender processes, site queries, and contractor engagement during the construction phase.
- Mentor and support junior technologists and BIM technicians as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, technologies, and regulatory developments in the industry.
- Degree or advanced diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years' post-qualification experience, with a strong track record in the delivery of high-value commercial, life sciences, data centre, or industrial projects.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of building envelopes, construction methodologies, and detailing in various building types.
- Familiarity with international construction standards, including UK, Irish, and/or EU regulations.
