
Junior IT Support Technician

- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Deliver onsite and remote IT support, escalating issues when necessary
- Investigate and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Support and maintain cloud-based MDM environments (Microsoft and Apple)
- Create clear and accurate IT documentation
- Assist with the rollout, testing, and evaluation of new applications and technology
- Manage user accounts and profiles, including onboarding and off-boarding
- Respond promptly to Helpdesk tickets and requests
- Some experience or strong interest in IT support roles
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
- Familiarity with common software applications and basic hardware components
- Awareness of cloud-based solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Google Workspace) a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A genuine passion for technology and eagerness to learn.
- Based in our office in Leamington Spa with 5 days per week on site.
