What We’re Looking For:
  • 🤝 Previous Experience: At least 2 years experience working within a Primary/Nursery Class setting.
  • 🛡️ Behaviour Management: Proven track record in handling challenges.
  • 💬 Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
  • 🌈 Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
  • 🔐 Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).
Your Role:
  • 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
  • 🌈 Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students’ EHCP.
  • 📊 Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.
