What you will do:
  • Provide support to the duty function as well as manage a caseload, ensuring cases are completed or stabilised effectively within the shorter timeframe.
  • Work on safeguarding and conduct initial information gathering to ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals in your care.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Disabilities and Autism Team to deliver high-quality service to individuals and their families.
  • Engage in person-centred planning and advocacy to promote the rights and interests of adults with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Utilise your knowledge and skills to navigate complex cases and make well-informed decisions.
