Drive Strategic Delivery.NRL are recruiting for a Project Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead supply chain strategy and contract management for major engineering projects. We're hiring for a strategic leader who can:Manage end-to-end procurement and contract delivery-from market engagement to completionLead supplier performance across commercial, manufacturing, and quality metricsApply deep knowledge of NEC3/NEC4, IChemE, and FIDIC contractsCollaborate across disciplines to define packages of work and optimise programme schedulesMentor junior staff and contribute to documentation including procurement strategies and risk registersYou'll need to bring:Proven experience in procurement and contract management within engineering and constructionStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills at senior levelKnowledge of complex cost estimates and supply chain risk managementExperience in multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder engagementProficiency in Office 365 tools including SharePoint and ExcelBonus Points For:Site Safety Passport (CSCS or CCNSG)Experience in the food industryFamiliarity with chemical/process plant projectsThe Details:Contract length: Approx. 6 monthsStart date: Within the next few weeksLocation: LiverpoolIR35 status: Outside IR35Join a consultancy that's engineering a sustainable world.Apply now and take the next step in your commercial leadership career.About NRL
