Our clients expertise spans a wide range of commercial and warehousing projects, from large-scale developments to much smaller complex projects. Values vary from £1m – £15m.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering RC Frame and Groundworks packages on projects valued between £1m and £15m across the Coventry & the Midlands. You'll take ownership of the commercial function from tender through to final account, working closely with the operations team to manage cost planning, contract administration, valuations, and forecasting.REQUIREMENTS
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Experience with a Groundworks or Civil engineering subcontractor
Confident managing full project commercial lifecycle
Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
