- Professional clinical knowledge acquired through a degree, supplemented by diploma specialist training, management qualification or equivalent experience

- Required to concentrate when dealing with detailed information relating to care plans, complaints and / or investigations.
- Working closely with patients and their carers
- Supporting patients who have been given bad news
- Supporting staff and patients with complaints
- Frequent exposure to highly unpleasant conditions with blood and body fluids.
