Job DescriptionThis part-time home care position is focused on providing care, home help and companionship to older adults in their homes in the morning, a crucial time for many older people trying to get up and ready for the day.Key Responsibilities of the Home Carer:
  • Assist with morning routines preparing a breakfast, offering companionship and emotional support.
  • Provide personal care assistance, helping clients get up and out of bed with dignity and respect.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Offer medication reminders and assist with mobility to ensure client safety.
QualificationsWhile experience as a carer is good to have it is not essential and we welcome people with their own personal experiences.Essential Qualities
  • A caring, friendly disposition to create lasting relationships.
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Superior organisational and time management skills are really important as our clients rely on us to be on time!
