Location: Lancashire
Type: ContractOur client, a world leading organisation in the pharmaceutical, life science and healthcare sectors, creating cleanrooms and laboratories, is looking for a Revit Coordinator (Electrical) on a contract/permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Interpreting and representing the design from concept stages through to detailed design
- Produce detailed design and coordinated drawings
- Creation of highquality schematic layout drawings
- Creating and scaling Viewport
- Using XREF's
- Layer Control, Lineweights, Blocks and Attributes, Plot configuration
- Creation of fully coordinated MEP services
- Good knowledge of BIM and BIM Processes & Standards
- Knowledge of BIM and BIM Processes & Standards
- Working with Templates, Titleblocks and shared parameters and project parameters
- Exporting models out of Revit into other formats for file exchanges
- Authoring CAD drawings
- Undertake detailed onsite surveys producing information that can be used for the creation of “As-Built” Revit models / 2D drawings
- Preparation of Documentation / Transmittals for statutory submission
- Work in line with our accredited quality assurance procedures ISO 9001 - 2015
- Minimum ONC or equivalent in a relevant sector qualification
- Clean Full UK Driving Licence
- Experienced in production of design and coordination of turnkey projects including construction, HVAC, mechanical and electrical works.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare markets is preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the CDM regulations.
