- Work with VP Business Development to develop and refine global organization design, pipeline strategy, policy and rules of engagement.
- Partner with Business Development and Sales leadership and own strategic pipeline programs that span multiple teams, including Business Development and Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing Ops, Sales Enablement, and Sales Ops.
- Design and operationalize repeatable frameworks that unlock Seller (BDR & AE) productivity, and influence pipeline generation acceleration initiatives across regions and segments.
- Drive change management in process and tools, including problem statement clarification, scoping, solution design, delivery and ongoing utilization and iteration, in a project/program manager capacity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking in partnership with SalesOps to provide transparency and insights on pipeline health and program impact.
- Project manage cross-functional workstreams, ensuring that all stakeholders, from field leadership to enablement and marketing, are aligned and accountable to timelines, outcomes, and strategic goals.
- Act as the primary program lead for New Business Development initiatives, including outbound innovation, tools strategy, and cross-functional activations, supporting key operational and technical owners.
- Provide input into resource allocation and planning to ensure pipeline goals are met
- Surface opportunities to optimize the funnel and accelerate conversion from early-stage leads to sales-qualified pipeline.
- You have 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or pipeline/revenue operations roles - preferably within high-growth SaaS organizations.
- Have collaborated closely with Business Development leaders on topics directly related to SDR/BDR/AE effectiveness, have a strong grasp of B2B SaaS sales pipeline.
- A strategic thinker and strong executor, comfortable working at both 30,000 feet and at “ground level”.
- Experienced in managing complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders at a global scale.
- Strong communicator who can influence at all levels of the organization, from VP to IC.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
