- Provide expert legal counsel and representation in divorce proceedings, financial remedy cases and related family law matters
- Draft and prepare legal documentation including petitions, agreements and court pleadings
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and case analysis
- Represent clients at Directions Hearings and Contested Hearings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet team and individual objectives
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and legal procedures
- Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring clear communication and responsiveness
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and legal integrity
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in family law
- Strong working knowledge of cohabitation agreements, separation agreements and TOLATA claims
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Previous experience in advocacy is essential, with confidence in handling court hearings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
