About Them:Our service user can display some challenging behaviour, i.e verbal and can sometimes struggle with her mental health. She is 29 years old and is an active individual who enjoys going out to do activities.All candidates must be female as this is a female only service and hold a UK Driving License as this is essential for the role.Support worker to work on a 1:1 basis.The shift pattern will consist of the following:

Early shifts 08:00-14:00
Other Shifts which can range from: 08:30-10:30/15:00-21:00 OR 08:00-14:00/17:00-21:00

For continuity of our service user this is the shift pattern we are offering.Our Support Workers experience variety and a huge sense of reward and achievement in their daily activities where no two days are the same and we place huge emphasis on the fact that our customers are individuals, at Mears Supported Living we feel everyone deserves to be treated as such.All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears- does not currently offer visa sponsorship.Benefits:
