- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information.
- Prioritise tasks and delegate effectively to ensure positive outcomes.
- Deliver prompt, courteous customer service across all channels.
- Support software maintenance through diagnostic and corrective actions.
- Record activities and update customers in line with service agreements.
- Proven leadership in developing and managing service desk teams.
- Skilled in mentoring, incident management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
- Experienced in supporting bespoke web applications and ITSM tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL/Oracle databases; familiarity with Staffware and Oracle WebCenter - Desirable
