These fraudsters often request recipients to complete employment forms requiring that you provide your personal identifying information. The scammer may even conduct an "interview" with the job seeker through a virtual conferencing platform and will often request that the job seeker make a payment as part of their fake recruiting process.How to identify Recruitment Fraud?Please note that PerkinElmer DOES NOT:
  • Send job offers from free email providers such as Yahoo, Google, etc. Some scammers try to use email addresses that have PerkinElmer in the name, such as
, however, these are not legitimate emails. * Present job offers without an employment application, an interview and a discussion with the hiring manager.
  • Request payments or any type of personal data, such as credit card information, from prospective candidates for employment.
  • Authorize anyone to collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job at PerkinElmer.
  • Require background screening on job applicants prior to being interviewed. All background screenings are conducted in accordance with applicable law and at appropriate times during the recruitment process, not prior to an interview.

This will include but not limited to development, implementation, compliance, training, and reportingThis role is based on a OneSource customer site (Cambridge or Macclesfield).Key Responsibilities:Ensure that operations are executed in compliance with all safety, health, environmental and regulatory requirementsBuild capability of site resources to support implementation of EHS programs and processesFacilitate the development of a site-wide annual EHS training plan and ensure complianceDevelop and administer all aspects of the safety programs that empower employee participation in all areas as requiredDevelop safety and environmental risk assessments and develop/implement appropriate controlsConduct hazard analysis for any new processMaintain hazard analysis and risk assessment records in accordance with all regulatory and customer requirementsEstablish, conduct, and manage safety and environmental audit processesPrepare, maintain, and submit all required safety and environmental reports and permitsServe as corporate liaison for all outside local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and company vendors associated with safety and environmentalParticipate in the incident investigation process, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective action plansCoordinate contractor safety programParticipate as team member to ensure all aspects of the local EHS programs are up to date and in complianceResearch and communicate new environmental and worker safety rules and regulations to appropriate management personnelCreate and/or update internal safety and environmental policies as neededFacilitate/support safety committees and regular safety meetingsRisk analysis of the workplace and prepare annual reportAdministration of work accidents and develop general accident preventive and risk management programs and coordinate the safety training programsProvide support as required to Service leaders/operations managers in complying with safety regulations at customer siteTake action to improve the wellbeing in the workplace.
