Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) + SEN AllowanceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated GCSE Maths Teacher to join our vibrant SEN secondary school in Brent. You will play a crucial role in inspiring and supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in Maths.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and wider staff team
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (GCSE experience essential)
- Previous experience working in an SEN setting is highly desirable
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
