When working away from home is required, this will be carefully managed to ensure a good work life balance.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a small and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to our customers.Responsibilities
- Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues and implement solutions
- Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Document service activities, including service reports and parts usage
- Collaborate with the engineering and office team to provide feedback on product performance and remedial actions.

- Proven experience in field service engineering or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Outstanding communication skills and customer-oriented approach
