We are a progressive service who encourages innovative, forward thinking professionals, who are keen to embrace change and provide the best quality of care for communities.If you would like more information, please contact: Clare Deaves, Health Visitor Team Leader on 07980935597 or clare.deaves@nhs.netMain duties of the jobApplicants should be a qualified Adult/Child/Mental Health Nurse/Midwife who have qualified (or currently in training) as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurseand require good organisational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively, utilising electronic and manual systems.Excellent knowledge of the current health agenda relating to Children's Services and Health Visiting is a necessity and the ability to meet the travel requirements of the role.At SWBH we have been continuing to re-shape the way Health Visitors work and throughout the pandemic we have kept our Health Visitors working safely with local families by introducing new and innovative practices.
