Your must demonstrate that you are able to provide clinical leadership and expert advice to the Nursing team, through support, development, supervision and education. Must be able to work collaboratively with all Health and social care partners to deliver against national standards and drive person centered care.You will support the safe staffing agenda and be competent in workforce issues.You should be educated to/working towards/operating at Degree level with relevant experience working within the Acute Directorate.Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards is required.What We Offer:
