
Learning Support Assistant

- Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups, both inside and outside of the classroom
- Assist with the planning and delivery of differentiated learning activities
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement education and behaviour plans
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Support pupils with additional needs including SEND, SEMH, and those who require academic or emotional support
- Have previous experience working with children or young people (in education, care, or similar settings)
- Are patient, reliable, and resilient
- Have a genuine passion for education and supporting learning
- Can commit to full-time, long-term placements
- Hold or are willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
- Access to a dedicated consultant who will support you throughout your placement
