We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Yeovil, who are recruiting for a Contract Manager on a permanent contract. The position is due to start immediately, subject to notice period, with a salary of £42,203 per annum.The ideal candidate will have experience in Contract Management, a minimum of a HNC and a full UK Driving License.Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Taking responsibility for the specification, procurement and management for externally sourced contracts that make up part of a Housing Association's Planned Works Programme
  • Utilising appropriate forms of contracts for various work types
  • Ensuring all works are undertaken in accordance with CDM and on site HS requirements
  • Progressing works orders and contractor invoice payments to completion in a timely manner
  • Monitoring deliver of projects against agreed timelines
  • Carrying out post inspections as required
Experience required:
  • Contract management
