  • Adapt and Support: Skillfully tailor your approach to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEND, from EYFS to KS2.
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff, providing essential feedback to ensure every student's progress is on track.
What You'll Need:
  • A genuine passion for working with children (prior school experience is a bonus).
  • A strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and child development.
  • Patience, empathy, and outstanding communication skills.
  • An adaptable, positive, and proactive attitude.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) and the right to work in the UK.
