We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused BEMS Key Account Manager to expand our service portfolio across the Midlands and North of England. You’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting our tailored service and maintenance packages to building owners, facilities managers, and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and close new service sales opportunities within your regionManage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and upsell opportunitiesWork closely with our engineering and service delivery teams to ensure proposals meet customer needsPrepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentationsMaintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline, and activities in CRMKeep up to date with BMS technology trends, competitor activity, and market developmentsAbout YouProven track record in BEMS, HVAC, or building services sales (service/maintenance focus preferred)Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExcellent relationship-building abilities at all levels, from site engineers to senior stakeholdersSelf-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based roleFull UK driving licenceWhat We OfferCompetitive basic salary plus uncapped commissionCompany car allowance or vehiclePension scheme, healthcare, and other benefitsOngoing training and professional developmentThe chance to join a supportive, knowledgeable team in a growing businessIf you’re ready to take your BMS sales career to the next level and want to work with a company that values innovation and customer success, we’d love to hear from you.
