We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our growing Engineering family, working in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Our Engineering Technicians provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services across a variety of clients and industries.Working hours - Rotating shift(Days and Nights) 4 on and 4 off.In this role, you will be demonstrating your understanding of all building fabric activities & provide a reactive and planned pro-active maintenance service as per project requirements. This will involve answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit. You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. Desirably, you will have working knowledge of Health & Safety and capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces (training provided) as well as a willingness to participate in the On-Call Rota. You will hold the follow qualifications as an all round multi skilled professional; NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship, 18th Edition, 2391-52 Testing and Inspection Qualification, NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Air Conditioning/Maintenance, F Gas Qualification & NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance. Training can provided to up skill individuals to become specialists within their area.
