We're excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a long-term contract supporting a prestigious client based in Cumbria. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be instrumental in supporting the financial and commercial performance of the project. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cost Management: Assist in the preparation and ongoing management of project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Commercial Administration: Support general commercial functions including documentation, applications for payment, and compensation event tracking.
- Subcontractor Support: Help assess and process subcontractor applications and maintain strong working relationships.
- Collaboration: Liaise effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure project delivery is well-coordinated and aligned.
- Support Senior QS: Work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor to maintain project finances, time sheet entry, and reporting.

- Highly competitive hourly rate - £45 to £55 per hour (depending on experience)
