Salary: £49,400 basic (includes flexibility payment) + Overtime @ 1.5x after 42 hrs/week

- Is a time-served multi skilled technician with strong systems & control knowledge.
- Must have Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance experience
- Fully qualified in both disciplines
- Can read and interpret Electrical Control Wiring Diagrams.
- Has PLC programming and fault-finding experience.
- Enjoys learning new techniques and technology.
- Ideally has experience in the food or processing industry (desirable, not essential).
- Thrives under pressure, works flexibly, and brings plenty of ideas and enthusiasm.
- Provide shift technical leadership to operations colleagues.
- React quickly to day-to-day breakdowns and carry out efficient changeovers.
- Work 4 on 4 off, covering both days and nights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and new product development alongside lead engineers.
- Take full ownership of your work, meeting agreed deadlines with both internal teams and external contractors.
- £49,400 basic salary (includes flexibility payment)
