The Clinical Nurse/ODP Manager will ensure effective day to day operational management of the Community Outpatients Services.The post holder will act as an expert resource for the Outpatient teams to support them in the delivery of safe, effective care.To promote and deliver evidence-based care.The post holder may be required to deputise for the Clinical Matron when required.The post holder will work closely with other Clinical Nurse Managers, Nurses and the Senior Nursing team to ensure equality in the service across the Trust.The post holder will provide a clear focus on service quality from the patients point of view and developing changes and improvements as appropriate.Main duties of the jobFor more detail about the main duties of this role, please see the job description section below. This integration will provide opportunities to maximise efficiency and productivity within Outpatients enabling more patients to be seen closer to home by expert clinical teams.Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week.
