  • Join the Senior Leadership Team to lead and manage the school effectively
  • Understand and drive the school's improvement strategies
  • Oversee teaching standards, curriculum, and pupil progress monitoring
  • Manage staff teams and resources
  • Deputise for the Associate and Executive Headteachers when needed
  • Lead daily teaching and learning operations
  • Support staff development in teaching skills and practice
  • Contribute to staff appraisals and new staff inductions
  • Deliver a small teaching timetable
  • Identify and report safeguarding trends; ensure strong safeguarding across sites
  • Provide safeguarding training
  • Manage diverse behavioural needs to support staff
  • Attend multi-agency meetings to support pupils
Requirements
  • Proven track record in school improvement and leadership
  • Currently a Senior Leader seeking a new challenge
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted framework and independent school standards
  • Demonstrated leadership in safeguarding, curriculum planning, and staff management
  • Exceptional practitioner skilled at raising teaching and learning standards
  • Expert in behaviour management, able to enforce high standards school-wide
  • Deep understanding of the SEND code of practice and support for SEND students
  • Solid working knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education
