Grundfos is seeking a dedicated Associate Supply Chain Specialist to join our CBS Sunderland team and help us shape the future of sustainable manufacturing.What is the job about?As an Associate Supply Chain Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our factory, supporting production processes, and driving performance across the site. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate warehouse management tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities include:
Coordinating warehouse management (WM) tasks across the organization
Ensuring alignment with stakeholders and following up on deliveries
Supporting optimal material flow and production performance
Maintaining data accuracy in WM systems and training stakeholders
Investigating stock discrepancies
Expediting component orders for internal transfers and customer sales
Assisting with production planning and covering during holiday periods
Participating in GPS and CI activities
Promoting safety and maintaining 5S standards
Working Hours and LocationThis is a full-time, onsite role at our Sunderland site, working 37 hours per week. We offer flexi time, with working hours between 7 AM and 6 PM.What do you need to apply?
Vocational Certificate, Associate Degree, or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in administration or business support
Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office packages
Strong process orientation and ability to influence others
Competencies in networking, reporting, customer focus, and procedural discipline
