Published: about 17 hours agoJob descriptionThis global architecture and urban design studio who dedicated a lot of time into research, sustainability, and innovation is urgently seeking experienced Architects or Senior Architectural Assistants with skills in Revit and Rhino for a short-term contract period initially the end of September on a PAYE hourly rate basis.Known for delivering and supporting urban regeneration schemes whilst fostering Co-Living and communities, this client has developed comprehensive BIM & Revit delivery capability whilst adopting great team working practices where everyone gets stuck in.Successful Architects or Senior Architectural Assistants will be tasked to produce technical construction drawing packs (sections, plans, layouts etc.) working on any number of live schemes which could include Mixed Use, Retail, Commercial, Civic, Hospitality, BTR or Shared Living etc.Architects or Senior Architectural Assistants applying must have demonstrable in-practice experience of working with Revit and Rhino, should consider themselves to be self-starters able to hit the ground running, and be great team players used to working in a fast-paced collaborative team environment where the output of all individuals is essential to the overall project success.This client is based in East London and requires Architects or Senior Architectural Assistants to work in their offices 4-5 days per week, and 37.5-40 hours, depending on which project you would be assigned. The initial contract will run to the end of September initially but could potentially extend depending on project pipeline.Please note that these positions are very urgent and therefore White Space can only consider or Senior Architectural Assistants who are either immediately available or can start within 1 weeks after a Teams interview.
