Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–16:45; Friday, 08:00–12:30About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join our dedicated team at BAE Systems in Barrow-in-Furness. Situated near the world-famous Lake District, this role offers both professional development and an excellent work-life balance.Working as part of a multidisciplinary occupational health team, you will provide expert clinical assessment and treatment for employees, supporting their recovery and promoting long-term musculoskeletal health in the workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for MSK conditionsDetermine work-relatedness of MSK conditions and advise accordinglyProduce clear, detailed reports post-assessment and at dischargeRecommend appropriate workplace adjustments based on clinical findingsLead rehabilitation-focused onsite exercise classesCollaborate effectively with the wider occupational health teamCarry out Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments and preventative interventionsSuggest practical ergonomic improvements based on risk assessmentsIdentify MSK-related workplace hazards and work with SHE advisorsMaintain accurate clinical records and contribute to statistical reportingSupport employee rehabilitation regardless of injury causeAbout YouWe are seeking a confident, motivated MSK Physiotherapist who is passionate about high-quality care and enjoys working within a structured occupational health environment.Essential Criteria:HCPC registration
