- Leading and supporting the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain.
- Translating complex business requirements from various teams, including Merchandising, Finance, and Buying, into effective system configurations.
- Configuring and supporting key D365 Supply Chain modules, with a focus on MRP (Material Requirements Planning), intercompany processes, global inventory management, and integrations with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platforms.
- Providing functional support throughout all project phases, from testing and go-live to post-implementation reviews.
- Delivering training and documentation to end users and key stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics consultant.
- Proven expertise in a retail environment, ideally with large, multi-site retailers that operate globally and online.
- Strong hands-on experience with MRP planning and configuration.
- Excellent understanding of supply chain planning, including demand forecasting and replenishment logic.
- Experience in configuring and implementing the D365FO Supply Chain module.
- Involvement in at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of D365FO or AX, with a strong focus on supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across different teams.
