Job DescriptionWe are looking for Car Park Attendants to work at East Midlands Airport (DE74 2SA).As a Car Park Attendant, you will be responsible for driving various cars, from small family cars to 4x4 SUVS. This will include parking customer vehicles in a safe manner in the designated slots given.You will need a valid UK manual driving licence, and confidence in driving both manual and automatic vehicles is essential. You must have at least 6 months of experience and a good knowledge of car models.You will be required to work various shift patterns covering hours between 0300 hrs to 1100 hrs, OR 1100 hrs to 1800 hrs. The shifts are between Monday and Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays.Pay rate: £12.60
Weekly payThe Main Duties & Responsibilities of this Car Parking Assistant Role:
  • Collecting and parking passenger vehicles in the meet and greet zone.
  • Performing basic upkeep of the car parks, which will include litter picking.
  • Collection of baggage trollies and redistributing them to the appropriate areas.
The Experience & Skills Required for this Car Parking Assistant Role:
  • Ability to communicate with members of the public.
  • Full UK manual Driving License (with a maximum of 6 points).
  • The ability to stand and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
