- Support of the agency client audit program across all global clients and coordination of the compliance/commercial teams and markets. To include:
- Solid understanding of a designated range of key commercial contracts
- Daily assistance on the audit process and maintenance of the tracker and filing of audit-related documentation
- Communication of audit notifications
- Review of non-disclosure agreements and audit scopes ahead of peer review
- Organising briefing meetings; review and verification of briefing documents
- Self-certification process and tracker management, collection and summarising of data and initial review
- Collecting and analysing closing meeting minutes ahead of peer review
- Review of draft audit reports and drafting of responses ahead of peer review
- Drafting of management representation letters ahead of peer review
- Management of insurance certificates
- Post audit reporting, review and market remediation management
- Maintaining consistency, integrity and accuracy across all data of the compliance team; providing training on filing protocols
- Producing regular (such as audit tracker status, etc.) and ad-hoc reports and analysis
- Upkeep of policies, training requirements and market/client specific information/databases
- Collation and analytical review of financial/contractual reporting
- Maintenance of the system/management of the users
- Compliance with SOx/statutory audit requirements
- Review and verification of Red Greens prior and post posting into the system
- Provision of training
- Support for any agency commercial/contractual projects
- Strong financial acumen including analytical and quantitative skills
- A natural attention to detail and ability to digest information from a wide variety of sources
- Logical, concise and proficient at breaking down challenges into component parts and developing solutions-based responses
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and engender strong relationships

- 3 years plus of industry commercial/financial/audit experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience of working with contracts
- Preferably advanced Excel skills to include Power BI
- Preferably experience in audits
