- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm | 1 in 3 Saturday, 8:00am - 1:00pm
- Salary: £28,000 Basic | £35,000 OTE
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries, developing strong customer relationships
- Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets through effective account management and upselling
- Accurately identify parts and process customer orders efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer data
- Stay up to date with new product releases, promotions, and bulletins
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions, upholding brand values Resolve customer complaints with efficiency and a customer-first attitude
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure stock availability and delivery
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a fast-paced distribution environment
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a team player mindset
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record keeping
- Good IT proficiency and ability to learn internal systems quickly
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
