
Project Manager Commercial Development

- Conduct background research, data collection and bench marking
- Establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
- Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable
- Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators
- Track and document changes
- Prepare written project communication materials
- Prepare formal project progress and other reports
- Liaise with the client, contractors and designers
- Attend meetings and draft minutes, etc
- Other responsibilities, to include:
- Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etc
- Inputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database
- Project Manager or Senior Project Manager working with a leading consultancy across large sites in London
- Projects can include residential, commercial and mixed use
- Successfully delivering the whole project or a large element of it
- Experience with working on projects of £20m++
- Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
