- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work methodically to tight deadlines.
- Confident communication and customer service skills when liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience using HR systems (knowledge of Canva would be a bonus).
- An understanding of confidentiality and data protection within an HR context.
