- Own Your Store - Manage stock, keep the store looking sharp, and make sure products are showcased in the best way.
- Drive Performance - Set the pace on sales, track results and put plans in place to exceed goals.

- Retail management experience (cycling, outdoor sports or lifestyle brands is a big plus!)
