Salary: Competitive, based on experienceAre you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs?We are a dedicated and nurturing secondary SEN school in Ealing looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and committed ABA Class Lead to join our supportive team in September.About the Role:As an ABA Class Lead, you will:
  • Lead a class of secondary-aged students with autism and complex learning needs.
  • Implement and oversee Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programmes in collaboration with the school’s behaviour and therapy team.
  • Work closely with Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Analysts to ensure student progress and wellbeing.
  • Foster a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment tailored to individual EHCPs.
  • Monitor data and contribute to behaviour plans and academic targets.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience working in SEN settings, ideally in an ABA-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team of TAs and support staff.
  • Excellent understanding of autism, behavioural strategies, and communication systems (e.g., PECS, Makaton).
  • Passion, patience, and a solution-focused approach.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., RBT, psychology, or SEN-related qualifications) are desirable.
