You will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, solving unpredictable and complex scenarios, and driving continuous improvement.Supervising team members on all breakdown activities, supporting the training of Planned Maintenance tasks, carrying out Root Cause Analysis to implement corrective actions successfully, highlighting snagging and influencing improvement plans by liaising and supporting the engineering / project teams with the buy off process and new part introduction.You will also be responsible for budget control by defining key critical spares.The PersonDemonstrating core competence in a minimum of two disciplines - robotics, mechanical electricalShow knowledge of problem-solving methodology as well as a cost saving mentality and continuous improvement in line with tooling equipment and processes.
